Paul Kim

Paul is currently collaborating with several high-tech companies, focusing on business and next-generation product development which requires displays. At Litemax, he leads the vertical display and computing sales team, securing projects with MaxRGB, which are crucial for gaming displays. Litemax’s MaxRGB™ is a best-in-class color calibration and enhancement technology, delivering lifelike colors and achieving over 90% NTSC.

Litemax continues to push the boundaries of LCD technology and is becoming a leading provider of AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) solutions. Opportunities for outdoor advertising and transportation displays, from in-car displays on high-speed rail networks to EV cars and charging displays, have expanded due to digitalization and rapid urbanization. Paul is passionate about creating new market firsts, such as pioneering the launch and sale of transparent displays in the gaming industry. Also, implementation of digitizer to large format display utilized as desktop for transportation industry.

Paul has also contribute to designing customized stretch and curve displays, supporting the gaming industry. Litemax’s innovative work in this area was prominently featured in the September-October 2024 issue of Entrepreneur magazine, highlighting his behind the scene contributions to the field and his role in advancing display technology. In addition to his work at Litemax, Paul serves as an Advisor for Miragevision, a leader in the outdoor TV market with a focus on stadiums and hospitality. He has experience with a range of technologies, from mobile to high-end portable computer displays.

Throughout his career, Paul has held several executive roles. As VP of Sales & Marketing for Gammatech Computer, he defined notebook computer product specifications for large OEM customers and established brand-name notebook and tablet computers that drove OEM adoption, including displays and input devices like touchpads and trackballs. Paul is also involved in the Society for Information Display (BASID), where he supports the management team for the Bay Area chapter. He helps to find potential speakers for the monthly BA-SID meetings, contributing to the advancement in the display industry.
