Neila Padagas
Neila Padagas is Head of People Success at Strata Consulting, LLC, a security and compliance consulting company. Currently, she is collaborating with the leadership team on workforce development and planning, strategic planning, policy development, employee engagement and continuity of Strata culture within the organization.
Previously Neila was HR Manager at CLEARink Displays, a display start-up company. While at CLEARink Displays, Neila recruited top talent scientists and engineers, created company policies, focused on employee engagement and retention. Neila received her certification in HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Neila currently serves as Public Relations Chair with BA-SID
