Speaker Biography: Paul Semenza is an independent consultant who utilizes his expertise in global technology industries and markets. He has managed technology analyst businesses in flat panel displays, touch, flexible electronics, and solar PV, including DisplaySearch and Solarbuzz (as part of The NPD Group), iSuppli Corporation and Stanford Resources, Inc. Prior to his work in market research, Paul worked in technology policy, as a program officer at the Computer Science and Telecommunications Board of the National Research Council, and an analyst for the US Congress Office of Technology Assessment (OTA). Paul started his career in engineering, as a member of technical staff at The Analytic Sciences Corporation. Paul received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Master’s degree in Electro-optics from Tufts University, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
