Prachi Sehgal
Prachi is Sr. Technology Program Manager at Society for Information Display (SID) overseeing IT Systems infrastructure processes and procedures. She has been with SID since 2012, leading a technology expansion to deliver innovative solutions for servicing all members of SID. Prachi has been instrumental in developing software-platform for peer-review publications, webinars, virtual conference and online community designed to encourage collaboration & provide networking opportunities for members’ professional growth. She is a seasoned software professional with two decades of experience in SDLC of custom applications, web and data services and managing engineering teams.
Prior to SID, Prachi was involved with database design and architecture of e-commerce websites and search engines. She has been working with startups and credit unions with focus on sustainable growth of the organization. Besides being a technology professional, Prachi is very passionate about the environment. She has been involved with City of San Jose to help bring environmental education to public schools including fundraising for various programs.
Prachi is also serving as Advisory Board Member for Cal State East Bay University. She has Master’s in Computer Management from Pune University, India.
